The Pepperl+Fuchs NBN3-F25F-E8-V1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for direct mounting on standard actuators and for installation in housing. It features a 3 mm rated operating distance and is flush-mountable, with a robust PBT housing that provides an IP67 protection rating for durability in harsh industrial environments.This sensor operates on a 10 to 30 V DC supply and provides a PNP output with two normally open (NO) switching functions. It is equipped with comprehensive protection features, including reverse polarity protection on all connections and pulsing short-circuit protection. With a high switching frequency of up to 500 Hz and an extended operating temperature range of -25 to 70 °C, it ensures reliable performance in automated applications like position sensing. The sensor meets international standards such as EN IEC 60947-5-2 and carries cULus approval for general purpose use.
